This past August, Pravici had the privilege of attending the 2024 Arizona SHRM Conference as an Exhibitor! The Arizona SHRM Conference is a four-day event, where leaders and innovators from across the country showcase the latest trends and insights in human resources.
One of the conference highlights was hearing from Dr. Ana Melikian, a leading expert in employee engagement. Dr. Melikian’s presentation provided methods of assessing engagement with her very own Burnout-Engaged Matrix TM as well as strategies essential for effective team collaboration. A huge takeaway our team got from the discussion is: Engagement influences every facet of the organization, including sustainability, employee turnover, operational efficiency, organizational purpose, and overall productivity.
Our team actively engaged in discussions with HR leaders and business owners about the challenge of providing meaningful rewards. Many HR leaders shared that they are often overwhelmed with a multitude of tasks, face complex problems with no one-size-fits-all solutions, and are in search of simple, effective ways to reward employees. We introduced our employee rewards platform as a solution that empowers employees with the freedom to choose their own rewards, thereby simplifying the rewards process and adding genuine value to their recognition experience.
We also collected valuable feedback through a survey on employee recognition and rewards. Stay tuned for the results, which will offer deeper insights into current trends and needs in this area. The insights gained will significantly influence how we refine our platform, ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients and keep them ahead in employee engagement.
